At Arrestyd Ltd we offer a professional service ensuring your products are to the best standard ensuring a confident customer base.

Our Available Services

  • Full Inspection

    A full Inspection includes checking the product fully over and if any parts are required we will replace them.

    Alternatively if you notice anything and would like it inspecting such as damaged webbing please let us know.

  • Full Inspection & Service

    A full inspection & service includes checking the product fully and cleaning all the parts. The servicing aspect is inspecting each part and with it a service sheet showing details of which parts were replaced.

Inspection & Service Plan For Our DynoEdge Auto Belays

  • 1. Exterior Inspection and clean

    2. You will be given a completed service sheet which states what has been completed on the device and parts replaced with a certificate to state it is fit for use for another year.

  • 1. Shipping costs

    2. Parts replacement

    If upon exterior inspection and pull out test shows that there is an issue with the device then we will open up the device for a full inspection and service.

  • 1. Exterior Inspection, pull test and clean - £45.00

    2. Full inspection, service and testing - £100.00

    3. Total Cost - £145.00 (Excluding parts replacement)

Inspection & Service Plan For Our DynoEdge Harnesses

  • 1. Inspection and clean

    2. You will be given a completed sheet which states what has been completed on the harness and if any parts were replaced with a certificate to state it is fit for use.

  • 1. Shipping costs

    2. Parts replacement

    If upon inspection of the harness parts are required we will carry out the replacements.

  • 1. Full inspection and service of a Harness - £25.00 (Excluding parts replacement)

  • At Arrestyd Ltd we strive to provide the best support with every product we sell whether that be for the industrial market or the leisure market. Our products are made to a high standard and comply with the relevant standards.

    We always aim to support you whether it be a question or looking for help when choosing the right product for your application. This support transpires to our servicing, where our team provide a very high standard with a good cost and with our knowledge of the market spanning around 35 years we have seen how the markets have changed and how to adapt.

  • Your auto belay requires yearly servicing to ensure it meets relevant standards and ensure users safety, this period may be shorter if the product is under high use conditions, where this could be every 6 months. This all depends on application and usage.

    The servicing typically takes around 5 working days depending on the quantity of auto belays sent in, we always aim to be sooner to ensure an even shorter turnaround for you.

  • With shipping, you are more than welcome to send the devices into us for servicing, alternatively we can supply you with a shipping label for each product which would need affixing to the outside of the boxes.

    If you plan on sending products in yourselves please let us know prior so we can book you in to ensure a fast turnaround. Please keep the original packaging to ensure safe transport, if you do not have your original packaging if you could box it safely in an appropriate box we will then provide you with an official one once the service is complete.

  • When your product arrives in for an inspection or a service we take pictures of the product on arrival, we then complete a service sheet which indicates which parts were replaced, if any. You will also receive a certificate stating the product is fit for use until the next service date.

    These 3 pages should be kept safely as a record of your devices, they are also important as some climbing wall inspectors require the documentation to pass the wall inspection.

    After we complete the service the device is tested to a full range of weights to ensure everything is working properly.
